Can I pick up an Item in person?

We can arrange for items to be collected from any events or fairs that we are attending but unfortunately we are not able to welcome visitors to our studio at the present time.

What are the postage costs?

All our prices include delivery to mainland UK.  For postage anywhere else in the world there is a flat fee of £10.

Can you ship overseas?

Yes, we can ship all over the world.

What is your returns policy?

We want you to be 100% delighted with your purchases and we will accept returns on all our in stock items and give a full refund if returned within 14 days.  Please see our terms and conditions for full details.

For bespoke items we will only accept returns if the item is damaged or not as ordered.  Again, please see our terms and conditions for full details.

How soon will I receive my item?

We will post your items within 2 -3 working days of ordering via Royal Mail or standard Parcel Force. We have recently relocated to a very rural location and so are not doing a ‘post run’ every day.  Packages will normally be posted on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Bespoke items will take a little longer and we will agree a time scale with you when you order.  For example, it usually takes us 7 – 10 days to make a bespoke llampshade.

If you need your order sooner please contact us and we will do our best to post the item out next day.  Contact us for a quote for next day delivery and we will see what we can do.
